This book was first issued by the Winchester Press which was closely associated with Amwell Press who got 200 copies for their African Series. The Amwell editions is VERY RARE, with only 200 copies issued and is in fact the most difficulty of all Amwell/African Series to obtain besides the fact that this edition is signed by Swank, Skirka and Rikhoff, president of Amwell.
